Looking for something different from a traditional fee-earning role?

A leading international law firm are seeking a talented lawyer (4-6 PQE) to join its growing Legal Innovation team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. 

This role sits at the intersection of law, technology and project delivery, offering the opportunity to work on complex client matters while helping to develop new and more efficient ways of delivering legal services.

The successful candidate will collaborate with lawyers, project specialists and technology professionals to support major client projects across a variety of sectors. You'll help identify innovative solutions, improve delivery processes and contribute to strategic initiatives designed to enhance the client experience.

The Opportunity

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE (Scotland, England & Wales or equivalent overseas qualification)
  • Strong technical legal skills combined with commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams and disciplines
  • Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
  • An interest in legal technology, innovation and process improvement
  • Previous experience in finance, infrastructure, construction, commercial or regulatory work would be beneficial but is not essential
