Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a Solicitor (NQ–3 years’ PQE) to step into a leadership role within a busy RTA team. You’ll oversee a small group of solicitors and legal assistants, manage your own caseload, and play a key role in driving team performance.
Experience & Background:
• Experience handling Road Traffic Accident and personal injury claims
• Confident managing files and mentoring colleagues
• Leadership experience welcome but not essential for those ready to step up
Key Skills:
• Clear communication and client management ability
• Organisational and problem-solving approach
• Collaborative working style with attention to detail
