The role
As an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor, you'll work on a range of transactional and advisory matters for lenders, businesses and insolvency practitioners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with business restructuring and refinancing projects
Advising on group reorganisations and corporate restructures
Supporting business and asset sale transactions
Assisting on formal insolvency procedures
Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation
Working alongside colleagues across corporate, banking, real estate, employment and tax teams
Building client relationships and supporting business development activities
About you
This role would suit a Solicitor who:
Has 2+ years' PQE in restructuring, banking, finance or a related transactional discipline
Has an interest in developing specialist insolvency and restructuring expertise
Demonstrates strong drafting and analytical skills
Is organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to legal issues
Enjoys working collaboratively across different practice areas
Is keen to build long-term client relationships
