Overview
A great opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic English Real Estate team, providing commercial property advice to a wide range of clients. You will manage the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, negotiate contracts and act for lenders in secured lending transactions. This role offers responsibility early on, exposure to high-quality work and a supportive, flexible working environment.
Role Requirements
Experience:
English qualified solicitor – NQ to 4 years PQE with commercial real estate experience
Skills:
Clear and concise communicator, able to build and maintain client relationships
Capable of managing your own workload efficiently and proactively
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
