Overview:
We’re recruiting for a solicitor to join a leading contentious construction team based in Glasgow. You’ll work on complex disputes across adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, advising a diverse client base including developers, contractors, consultants, and insurers.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
• 1–5 years’ PQE in litigation, ideally with exposure to construction or insurance disputes
• Experience advising on contract interpretation, dispute strategy, and resolution pathways
• Comfortable working across adjudication, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
Skills:
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Clear communicator with a practical, client-focused approach
• Able to manage deadlines, contribute to team strategy, and support junior colleagues
• Enthusiastic about contentious construction and eager to grow within the sector
