Overview:
Scotland’s largest English Real Estate law team is recruiting a Solicitor/Associate to join its market-leading practice. This is a rare opportunity to work on a broad range of English real estate transactions with a first-class client base and an impressive track record of delivering on major deals.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
NQ–5 years’ PQE in English real estate (dual qualified candidates also considered)
Involvement in investment deals, corporate real estate work, finance transactions, asset management and renewables projects
Experience assisting senior lawyers on high-value and high-profile matters
Ability to run your own transactions as you progress and contribute as part of a client-focused team
Location:
Must be based within commuting distance of Glasgow, with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days per week
Skills:
Positive, ambitious and committed to developing expertise in real estate law
Engaging communicator with the ability to build client relationships
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to collaboration
Adaptable, detail-focused and driven to deliver quality results
