Overview:
Join a specialist team advising on construction aspects of major property developments, regeneration projects and engineering initiatives across the UK, including energy sector projects such as wind, hydro and solar.
Role Requirements:
Work on drafting and negotiating contracts, professional appointments and related documentation. Collaborate with clients including developers, contractors, funders and public bodies.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction
Drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage matters independently
Experience working with varied stakeholders
Skills:
Clear communication and organisational ability
Commercial awareness
Collaborative approach
