The role

As a Senior Family Solicitor in Dundee, you’ll deliver quality legal advice across the full spectrum of family law, working to agreed fee-earning targets. Day to day, this includes:

Handling a broad and varied family law caseload
Keeping on top of time recording and resource management to maximise profitability
Building and maintaining client and referral relationships to generate business
Providing sound, practical advice to clients
Delegating and supervising work within your team
Balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality under pressure

About you

This role would suit a Senior Solicitor who:

Has solid experience across family law matters
Brings well-developed organisational skills and a methodical approach to time recording
Has a track record of growing client and referral relationships
Collaborates well and stays composed under pressure
Takes a commercial, efficiency-minded approach to their work
Is comfortable delegating to and supervising junior colleagues
