Overview:
A Senior Solicitor/Associate (4+ PQE) is sought to join a respected Risk, Government & Compliance team. You will work on public law and regulatory matters for commercial and public sector clients, managing litigation, statutory appeals and housing issues in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients and draft legal arguments on complex public law and regulatory matters
Prepare for and appear in courts and tribunals, liaising with counsel or solicitor advocates
Manage client relationships and coordinate with regulators and authorities
Support team development and contribute to business growth initiatives
Experience Required:
4+ years’ PQE in litigation, public law, regulatory, or related practice areas
Interest in housing, local government and public sector work
Knowledge of Court of Session and/or Sheriff Court procedures
Excellent communication, research and case management skills
