Overview
Join a market-leading real estate team playing a pivotal role in Scotland’s rapidly expanding renewable energy sector. This position is ideal for a Solicitor or Associate with a solid foundation in property law and a keen interest in innovative energy projects. You’ll collaborate with highly regarded specialists on some of the highest-profile and transformative developments across the country.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in property law
Experience in renewable energy transactions is highly advantageous
Ability to handle complex titles and coordinate multi-party negotiations
Confident operating in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Skills

Excellent drafting and communication skills
Attention to detail with a proactive, analytical mindset
Ability to mentor junior team members and support wider business development initiatives
