Overview:
A leading Construction & Engineering disputes team is seeking a Solicitor with 1-5 years’ PQE to join a busy and collaborative group. The role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value disputes across Scotland and the UK, advising clients including developers, funders, insurers and contractors.
Role Requirements:
1-5 years’ post-qualification experience in contentious construction matters
Knowledge of litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation processes
Ability to advise on risk, commercial strategy and resolution options
Comfortable working directly with clients and building lasting relationships
Skills
Advocacy experience and confidence in hearings and tribunals
Analytical and drafting ability
Clear, adaptable communication skills
Collaborative approach for large, multi-party cases
