A well-established Edinburgh law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor/Legal Director to join its respected private client team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while playing a key part in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will advise individuals and families across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney and executries. The team also handles trusts, estate planning and related advisory work.
The position offers a high degree of autonomy, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships while contributing to the ongoing development of the team.
About You
Have around 10+ years’ PQE in private client law
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across wills, executries and estate planning
Be confident working directly with clients and providing clear, practical advice
Ideally hold STEP qualification, or be willing to undertake it
