We are partnering with an established Lanarkshire firm to recruit a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its busy private client team.

Job Description

Overview:
An established Lanarkshire firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its private client team. This role offers a supervisory position within the department, working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service to a loyal local client base in a fully office-based setting.

Role Requirements:
• Managing an executry-focused private client caseload independently
• Advising clients on core private client matters
• Providing guidance and oversight to junior colleagues, including secretarial and paralegal support
• Working collaboratively across the team

Experience:
• Qualified solicitor with substantial private client experience 
• Executry experience essential
 

Skills:
• Technical capability in executries and related private client work
• Clear, practical and client-focused communication style
• Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
