Job Description

Are you an Aberdeen-based Employment Solicitor with between 2 and 4 years PQE, seeking a leading opportunity with a National practice? Then I would love to hear from you!

This Legal500 team are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their team, which specialises in:

  • Employment Litigation
  • Providing HR advice and support to clients
  • Policy and procedure drafting
  • Non-contentious transactional support
  • Client training

Examples of some of the wide range of matters the successful candidate can expect to be involved in, are:

  • Employment tribunals
  • Providing clients with advice in regards to day-to-day employment matters
  • Providing Employment law support on leading transactions
  • Reviewing contracts, policies and procedures for clients
  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements

Although this position covers both contentious and non-contentious Employment law matters, candidates with experience in either or both of these areas will be considered, and first-rate training & development provided will ensure a comprehensive foundational skillset will be developed across all of these areas.

This team are seeking an individual with a proven track-record in Employment law, who is keen to be involved in team, department & firm-wide business development initiatives, and can display commercial businesses awareness.
