The role
As an Employment Lawyer in Glasgow, you'll manage a full, varied caseload for employer clients, working closely with senior colleagues and other teams.
You'll:
Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious matters
Represent clients at the Employment Tribunal and EAT, including advocacy
Advise on strategy for large-scale redundancies, collective bargaining, TUPE and related consultations
Design and deliver client training, seminars and webinars
Support the development of junior team members
About you
A Senior Employment Solicitor who:
Has 6+ years' relevant PQE
Has experience advising businesses across multiple sectors
Builds client relationships with ease, internally and externally
Communicates confidently with senior colleagues and clients
Is commercially astute with good problem-solving skills
Has good advocacy skills, spoken and written
Works well independently and as part of a team
