We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Construction Disputes team of a growing firm in Glasgow. This is a key role offering the chance to lead on complex matters and mentor junior colleagues, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Extensive post-qualification experience in construction disputes
Proven ability to manage high-value cases independently
Confident in guiding and supporting junior team members
Comfortable contributing to team strategy and client development
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of adjudication, arbitration, and litigation processes
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and case analysis
