Role Requirements:

Experience: 

• Extensive post-qualification experience in construction disputes
• Proven ability to manage high-value cases independently
• Confident in guiding and supporting junior team members
• Comfortable contributing to team strategy and client development

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of adjudication, arbitration, and litigation processes
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and case analysis
