A senior associate solicitor opportunity within a leading Casualty Defence team, handling complex and high value EL/PL, motor and disease claims while supporting team development and growth.

Job Description

Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly respected Casualty Defence team. You will be handling complex and high-value EL/PL claims, as well as motor and disease matters, while also contributing to business development and mentoring colleagues.

Experience:

5+ YRS PQE in defendant personal injury / EL/PL work.
Manage a caseload of litigated and complex claims, including high-value matters.
Partner with clients on strategy, training and development initiatives.
Provide supervision and support to junior members of the team.

Skills:
Detailed knowledge of Scottish court procedures.
Ability to build relationships with insurer and local authority clients.
Leadership and mentoring ability, with a collaborative working style.
