Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Law specialist to join a highly regarded team handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
This role is ideal for someone already working at senior associate/ junior partner level or looking to take that next step. You’ll manage a varied caseload, advise a broad mix of clients and play a key part in the development of the practice.
Role Requirements:
– Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
– Handle matters from instruction through to resolution, including Employment Tribunal work where required.
– Advise employer and employee clients on contracts, policy, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy, restructuring and settlement agreements.
Experience:
– Minimum of 4+ years’ PQE in employment law.
– Confident managing a varied caseload independently.
– Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters (advocacy experience beneficial).
Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Commercial, client-focused approach.
– Highly organised, adaptable and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
