Job Opportunity: Senior Associate/Partner – Dispute Resolution
Location: Glasgow

Overview:

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected litigation team in Glasgow. The role offers the chance to work on complex, high value matters across property litigation, commercial disputes and professional negligence. With a view to long-term team development, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
Skilled in managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes

Responsibilities:

Lead on complex cases and contribute to the strategic direction of the team
Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
Help develop the firm’s litigation offering

Skills:

Excellent advocacy and client communication
Commercially aware with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive, collaborative and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
