Role Requirements
Experience:
• Managing a varied employment caseload aligned with client objectives and deadlines
• Advising on the full spectrum of employment law, from day-to-day queries to complex disputes
• Representing clients at tribunal level and delivering commercially focused advice
Skills:
• Clear and effective communicator
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent service
