An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a leading Banking & Finance team. You’ll work on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate funding, contributing to market-leading and innovative deals.
Role Requirements:
5+ years’ PQE with experience in banking and finance law
Proven experience advising clients on loan and security documentation, corporate funding and real estate finance
Comfortable managing complex transactions and supervising junior team members
Skills:
Excellent drafting, communication and research skills
Commercial awareness with an understanding of client objectives and sector-specific challenges
Ability to prioritise work effectively and manage competing deadlines
Business development experience and willingness to contribute to growth initiatives
