Role Requirements:
Experience:
Leading on a varied caseload of employment matters with autonomy and efficiency
Advising employers and employees on complex legal issues, including contracts, disputes and workplace policies
Representing clients at employment tribunals and delivering commercially focused advice under pressure
Skills:
Clear and persuasive communicator with a practical, solutions-driven mindset
Skilled at building trusted client relationships and contributing to business development
Confident decision-maker with a proactive and collaborative approach
