Overview:
A senior opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established litigation team in Glasgow. You’ll handle a broad caseload of complex, high-value disputes spanning property litigation, commercial matters and professional negligence. With succession planning in mind, this role offers real scope to help shape the team’s long-term direction.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
Track record managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
Experience representing both pursuers (often via insurers) and defenders

Responsibilities:

Lead significant cases and contribute to the team’s strategic growth
Mentor and support junior team members
Play an active role in developing the firm’s wider litigation offering

Skills:

Confident advocacy and clear client communication
Commercial awareness and ability to handle competing demands
Collaborative, proactive approach with a focus on high-quality results
