The role
Advising landowners, farming clients and rural businesses
Handling purchases, sales and transfers of rural property
Assisting with agricultural holdings and leasing arrangements
Supporting clients with business succession and future planning
Advising on diversification and land use projects
Developing and maintaining client relationships
About you
5+ years’ PQE with experience in rural property, agriculture or related areas
Comfortable managing transactions and client matters independently
Good understanding of the challenges facing rural clients
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
