You'll work closely with clients operating within the agricultural and rural sectors, helping them navigate transactions and strategic land management decisions.

The role
Advising on rural property sales and acquisitions
Handling agricultural tenancies and farming-related transactions
Assisting with estate and land management matters
Advising landowners and rural businesses on property issues
Supporting clients with development and diversification projects
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
About you
5+ years' PQE in rural property or commercial property
Experience handling property transactions independently
Interest in agriculture, estates and rural business matters
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
