Overview:
A great opportunity to join a highly regarded Residential Property team with a presence across several Scottish locations. You’ll work on a varied mix of residential conveyancing matters and support a range of clients, from private individuals to developers. This role suits someone who enjoys a diverse caseload and regular client contact.
Role Requirements:
Manage residential transactions including sales, purchases and general conveyancing work
Advise a mix of private clients, businesses and property developers
Support housebuilder work from early stages of site acquisition through to plot sales
Maintain excellent client service in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Experience:
Open to applicants at all PQE levels
Experience in residential property work is beneficial
Able to manage files independently and communicate confidently with clients
Skills:
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
