The role

You’ll be involved in the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title. The workload is diverse and interesting, with exposure to a range of property transactions. Experience with rural conveyancing would be helpful, but is not essential, as training and support will be provided where needed.

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

Is newly qualified or has post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
Manages files independently and efficiently
Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
Takes a professional and committed approach to their work
