The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title.
You will handle all stages of the conveyancing process, from initial instructions and advising on offers and missives through to settlement. You may also gain exposure to related private client work.

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
Has experience handling residential conveyancing matters
Is confident managing files with appropriate support
Communicates clearly and builds client relationships
Is organised and able to meet deadlines
Is motivated to develop within a growing team
