The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll handle a range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing sales and purchases of residential property
Handling transfers of title and remortgage transactions
Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties
Managing your own files with appropriate support
Building and maintaining client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
Is NQ to 3 years’ PQE
Has experience in Scottish residential conveyancing
Is confident managing files independently
Has excellent client care and communication skills
Is organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
Enjoys working within a collaborative team
