Job Description

I am looking for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive firm in Dundee. This opportunity is perfect for a talented individual with between NQ and 3 years' PQE who is eager to advance their career in a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
• Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Conducting thorough due diligence, including title checks and searches.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive and client-focused approach.
