Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ-2)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Edinburgh.

This role offers the chance to develop within a growing practice known for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting client relationships. The team advises on all aspects of residential property, including sales, purchases, new build transactions and re-mortgages, and takes pride in providing clear, practical and timely advice at every stage of the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Acting for clients purchasing and selling properties, including new build developments.
• Drafting and negotiating missives and preparing title reports.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, agents and other stakeholders.
• Contributing to the team’s ongoing growth and client development initiatives.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor (NQ-2) with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Be proactive, organised and committed to providing an outstanding client experience.
• Thrive in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
