Overview:
An established firm in Greater Glasgow is seeking a newly qualified or up to 1 year PQE Solicitor to join its residential conveyancing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your property law career, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of residential transactions within a supportive and friendly environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Scottish qualified (or near qualification) Solicitor with property law experience
Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload during training or post-qualification
Handle transactions including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, with supervision where needed
Ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients
Flexible and willing to support colleagues across the team
Skills:
Organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator, able to build and maintain client relationships
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Committed to delivering high-quality client service
