Job Description

Overview:
An established law firm in the Greater Glasgow area is looking for a newly qualified or up to 1 year PQE Solicitor to join its residential conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in residential property law, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential matters in a supportive and friendly environment.

Role Requirements:
Experience:

Qualified (or soon to qualify) Scottish Solicitor with experience in residential property law
Previous experience of running your own residential conveyancing caseload (during traineeship or post-qualification)
Manage transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages under supervision as required
Ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients
Flexible and keen to assist colleagues across the team

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
Collaborative team member with a proactive approach
Committed to delivering excellent client care
