The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll run your own caseload and advise clients through the full transaction process, including:
Sales and purchases of residential property
Re-mortgages
Providing clear, practical advice to clients
Building positive, long-term client relationships
Supporting colleagues across the team as needed
About you
This role would suit a Scottish-qualified Solicitor who:
Has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
Is highly organised with good time management
Communicates confidently with clients
Takes a proactive, solution-focused approach
Is flexible and team-oriented
Is committed to delivering excellent client care
