The role

Manage residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
Handle transactions from instruction to completion
Conduct title examinations and prepare conveyancing documentation
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers
Contribute to the continued growth of the property team

About you

Experience in residential conveyancing
Confident managing a full caseload independently
Experience with title examination and drafting
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
