An established firm with a busy, varied caseload across Greater Glasgow is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its supportive, growing property team. Whether newly qualified or with several years' PQE, you'll benefit from hands-on responsibility, ongoing support and the chance to develop your expertise in residential property law.

The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload - sales, purchases and remortgage transactions - from instruction through to completion, working closely with the wider property team. You'll advise clients throughout the conveyancing process, liaise with lenders, agents and other third parties, and deliver practical, commercially focused advice.

About you

Scottish qualified or due to qualify shortly
Experience in residential conveyancing, gained during traineeship or post-qualification
Genuine interest in property law
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised, with strong prioritisation skills
Proactive and solutions-focused
Enjoys working collaboratively in a team
