The role
As a Solicitor in Renfrewshire, you’ll manage a broad range of residential property matters while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling residential sales, purchases and remortgage transactions
Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients
Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties
Supporting business development and client retention initiatives
Assisting with private client work where appropriate
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
Has experience managing residential conveyancing transactions independently
Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
Is organised and capable of managing a busy workload
Takes a proactive and commercially minded approach
Has private client experience or an interest in developing this area
