A highly regarded Scottish law firm that is seeking a residential property solicitor to join its established team in Edinburgh.

This opportunity would suit a solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients, managing transactions from start to finish, and being part of a collaborative and supportive environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property matters, excellent client contact, and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will advise on a variety of residential property matters, including:

• Property purchases and sales
• Transfers of title
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• General residential conveyancing matters

Working alongside experienced colleagues, the successful candidate will provide practical, client-focused advice while ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction through to completion. They will also develop strong relationships with clients and professional contacts and contribute positively to the wider team.

About You

Applicants should ideally have:

• 2+ years' PQE in residential property law
• Experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A client-focused and commercial approach
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• An interest in developing professional networks and contributing to business development activities
