Job Description

An established Scottish legal practice is continuing to grow its residential property offering and is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Edinburgh team.

This opportunity would suit a solicitor who enjoys building lasting client relationships and taking ownership of transactions from initial instruction through to settlement. The team acts for a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers and homeowners to investors and corporate clients, providing a varied and interesting caseload.

Alongside high-quality work, the successful candidate will benefit from a well-resourced environment, experienced colleagues and systems designed to allow fee earners to focus on delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
• Advising clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Managing purchases, sales, remortgages and title transfers
• Working closely with lenders, estate agents and other third parties
• Delivering practical, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service

About You

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
• Comfortable managing your own caseload
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment
• Committed to providing a high standard of client care
