This is a great opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a busy Inverness-based practice handling a wide range of conveyancing work. The role offers variety, responsibility and regular client contact and would suit someone looking to develop their conveyancing career within an established and fast-moving environment.

The role

You’ll advise on a diverse mix of residential property matters including sales and purchases, acting for a range of clients such as private individuals, investors and commercial clients. The workload is hands-on and client-facing, offering exposure to transactions from instruction through to completion in a dynamic setting.

This role would suit a Lawyer who:

Is qualified and working in residential conveyancing
Is confident handling transactions with client contact
Manages files efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
Communicates clearly and professionally
Takes a proactive and commercial approach to their work
