A long-established and highly regarded Edinburgh firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its friendly and collaborative property team.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and security work
• Managing client relationships throughout the full property lifecycle

The team works collaboratively, while also encouraging individuals to develop their own client base and profile.

The Ideal Candidate 

• At least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong experience handling transactions independently
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong time management skillsAn interest in business development and long-term career progression
