Overview:
An established and growing law firm in the Greater Glasgow area is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ PQE). You will manage a wide range of residential property transactions, providing clear, practical advice to clients and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently. This is a senior position with scope to take on responsibility and play a key role in the firm’s conveyancing team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Scottish qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion — including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and new builds
• Experience in more complex transactions and ability to resolve issues proactively
• Skilled communicator with confidence in client contact and negotiations
• Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the team

• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Supportive team player with the ability to work independently
• Committed to delivering high-quality client service
