Job Description

Overview:
Join a progressive Scottish law firm and take the next step in your conveyancing career. You’ll manage your own caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking team that values collaboration, efficiency and client care.

Role Requirements:

Managing purchase, sale, and title transfer transactions from instruction to completion.

Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth progress.

Working with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team.

Experience:
• Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ residential conveyancing experience.
• Knowledge of Scottish property transactions.
• Experience handling your own caseload independently.

Skills:
• Clear, confident communication and client focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proficient in case management systems and MS Office.
