You’ll handle a wide variety of residential property matters, working closely with clients to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Role Requirements:
Experience:
Qualified Scottish Solicitor with property law experience
Capable of managing transactions from start to finish, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages and new builds
Confident in client interactions and able to provide clear, practical legal advice
Flexible and willing to assist colleagues across different aspects of conveyancing work
Skills:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Commercially aware with an interest in developing client relationships
Collaborative, supportive team member who can also mentor junior colleagues
Committed to delivering high-quality service and achieving results for clients
