The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Ayr, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload of residential transactions, from instruction through to completion. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, offering a personalised service while working closely with colleagues across the property team.
The role provides a balance of autonomy and support, allowing you to grow your confidence while contributing to an established and respected practice.
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Property Lawyer who:
Has 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Is confident managing their own caseload of property matters
Enjoys building and maintaining client relationships
Communicates effectively and presents professionally
Is enthusiastic, personable and motivated to develop their career
