Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ year)

Job Description

A well-established firm is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join its busy Edinburgh team. This opportunity is open to Solicitor - Senior Associate level candidates looking to handle high-quality residential property work within a supportive environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sale and purchase transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of title
• Examining title deeds and drafting legal documentation
• Advising clients and lenders throughout transactions
• Supervising paralegals and supporting junior colleagues at a more senior level 

You may also gain exposure to related private client matters, including powers of attorney and transfers of equity.

Ideally you will be:

• A Scottish qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Organised, proactive, and client-focused
• Interested in supporting and mentoring junior team members
