Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor/Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to join a well-established and expanding residential property team based in Edinburgh.

The Opportunity
This is a chance to take on a visible and valued role within a reputable firm, managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will handle high-quality transactions, including sales, purchases, new build developments, remortgages, and transfers of title. There is also scope to advise property developers on land and building acquisitions.

With direct client engagement and support from a collaborative team, this role offers the autonomy and progression potential expected at senior level. Those with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the wider success of the team will be particularly well suited.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience across a broad spectrum of residential property transactions
• Strong commercial acumen and a client-focused approach
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support business development
• Experience supervising junior team members is advantageous
