Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior residential conveyancer to join a growing and client-focused team in Glasgow. This role offers the chance to lead on high-value transactions, support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued success of a busy and established practice. Ideal for someone looking to take on a visible, hands-on role in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Role Requirements:

Experience:
• 8+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing complex and high-value transactions, including for high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet fee targets while maintaining excellent client service

Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
• Clear communicator with a focus on building lasting client and team relationships
• Organised and proactive, with experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
