Overview:
We’re recruiting for a solicitor to join a specialist real estate team advising on renewable energy developments across Scotland. This role offers the chance to work directly with developers on land acquisition, title work and structuring real estate elements of major energy projects. You’ll be part of a team that combines technical expertise with a forward-looking approach to supporting the clean energy transition.
Role Requirements:
• Experience:
• 5–10 years’ PQE, ideally with exposure to renewables or large-scale commercial real estate
• Confident drafting options and leases for energy or development projects
• Skilled in title examination
Skills:
• Clear communicator with a proactive and client-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently and supervising junior colleagues
• Keen interest in the renewables sector and a desire to build expertise
• Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
